We hope that you love your Imogen Apparel items, but if for any reason you would like to return your order, we can offer you an exchange, refund, or store credit if we receive your return within 14 days of delivery (extended to 30 days during Covid-19 outbreak)
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1) Contact us at email@example.com to request a copy of our returns form.
2) Complete all elements of the returns form, making sure you include your full name, order number and preferred action (exchange, refund, or store credit).
3) Send your items with your return form to the address provided. We suggest that items are returned to us using a signed for or tracked service and that you obtain proof of postage for added security.
4) All refunds and requests for store credit will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. Exchanges will be treated as a new order and are subject to standard processing times.
If you believe your item to be faulty upon delivery, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Returns will not be accepted if clothing tags have been removed.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of panties, bodysuits, or earrings.
- Full refunds are available for full-price items only. Any item purchased using a discount code, or an item that has been reduced in price, is only eligible for exchange, or store credit if returned.
- Any item purchased from the 'Outlet' section of the website is final and not eligible for return.
- Exchanges are available for changes in size only.
- The customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning an item. Postage costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Custom sizes and orders are not eligible for return.
